Return & Exchange Window:
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. All return requests must be submitted within this timeframe.
Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange:
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Damaged Item During Shipping:
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, contact us immediately.
We’ll need photos of the damage for verification.
Seller Error: Incorrect Item or Size:
If you receive an incorrect item or size due to our mistake, we apologize.
We’ll arrange a return and send you the correct item at no extra cost.
Before opening the parcel, take a 360-degree video to document any saree damage.
Returns Policy:
Returns won’t be accepted for slight color or material differences.
Procedure for Wrong or Damaged Saree:
If you’ve received the wrong or damaged saree, send a WhatsApp message to (9160000339).
Include a parcel opening video without cuts or edits.
Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Items without original tags attached. Items purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless the item is damaged or due to seller error).
In your email, please specify the reason for your return/exchange and include your order number. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Return Shipping:
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items sent by us.
Return Shipment:
Once you receive the return label, please securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided. Processing: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return/exchange criteria.
Refund/Exchange:
If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund (minus original shipping cost, if applicable) to your original payment method within 5 business days. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you once the return is processed.
Important Notes:
We reserve the right to deny return or exchange requests that do not comply with our return policy. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items sent by us. You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We appreciate your understanding!
